Through communication support and advice, we work with individuals and groups who are facing new challenges in an intercultural context to initiate and navigate desired change in the way they interact, communicate or manage conflict. We draw from coaching, mediation and intercultural communication to work with our clients in the way that best suits their needs and is the most conducive to achieving their objectives.
Our approach is holistic, drawing from systemic coaching, Gestalt, active listening and coaching tools to cultivate an awareness of  how personality particularities and differences, cultural dimensions, communication styles and limiting beliefs impact the way people develop their vision and pursue their objectives.
Learning the skills of cross-cultural communication, coaching, listening to, giving feedback to and motivating others is at the centre of our work. These competencies are particularly essential in a multicultural environment when communicating with people cross-culturally.

Our work is based on the following criteria:

  • 1. Taking the time to understand the objectives of the individual or group and being tuned into how these objectives may evolve
  • 2. Being accountable to the client, being responsive and giving continuous feedback on the process
  • 3. Confidentiality.
  • 4. Commitment to the CMAP’s Code of deontology for Euroepan mediators and the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) Code of deontology and ethics.

Through our team support programmes, we assist groups to develop a deeper awareness of the impact that cultural diversity has on collaboration and performance and to learn to leverage this diversity and optimise challenges that are linked to working in cross-cultural settings.
