Heledd Wyn works with organisations who face unique cultural challenges and want to be more culturally agile, inclusive and open to difference. She develops custom-made trainings and e-learning programmes that respond to the particular needs of each client and supports teams and individuals who want to develop skills that focus on cross-cultural understanding.

After graduating in Human Sciences from Cambridge University,  Heledd completed her PhD in Université Paris II in the domain of what it is to belong to different cultures and how identities develop. She has written and given trainings in universities and business schools  such as Sciences Po and in different types of companies from large organisations to startups.

Working with indviduals and teams whose singlular challenges, each time, called for a different perspective and new insights inspired Heledd to put the commitment to continuous learning and a holistic approach at the heart of her work. It also inspired her vision of developing an agency whose values are:

  • Being committed to understanding the particular and unique needs of each client
  • Being capable of responding as effectively as possible to the needs of each client by identifying the most convenient and suitable ways to work with the client to achieve their objectives
  • Collaboration: Working with a close network of practitioners and trainers
